Cheesy Ham and Noodle Casserole

Easy ham and noodles casserole recipe is comfort food that's full of old fashioned flavor! Tender egg noodles and ham are covered in a creamy sauce and baked with a thick layer of cheese on top.
0 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1 Spray a 9x13 inch dish with non stick cooking spray, set aside.
2 Cook the egg noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside.
3 In a large bowl, whisk together the soup, sour cream, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
4 Microwave about 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
5 Whisk smooth.
6 Stir in the ham and cooked egg noodles.
7 Spoon the ham mixture into prepared casserole dish.
8 Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
9 Remove foil from pan.
10 Top the casserole with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
11 Return to oven for 5 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
12 Let stand about 5 minutes before serving
