4 cup chicken, abut 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs

cream cheese

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

cottage cheese

1 cup cottage cheese, or whole milk ricotta cheese

pepper jack

1 cup pepper jack, shredded from a block

parmesan

1 cup parmesan, shredded

sour cream

½ cup sour cream

green onion

½ cup green onion, plus some for garnish

cream of chicken soup

10 ¾ oz cream of chicken soup

garlic powder

½ tsp garlic powder

dried onion

¼ tsp dried onion

ritz crackers

1 ritz crackers, crushed

butter

5 tbsp butter, melted

0 Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
1 Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Mix until smooth.
5 Stir in Pepper Jack, Parmesan, and green onions.
6 Fold in the chicken until well mixed.
2 Spread into prepared pan.
3 Combine crushed crackers and butter.
7 Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
4 Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes.
