Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

0 Preheat oven to 350F.
2 Blend flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
4 Beat together room temperature butter and peanut butters until well combined.
6 Add sugars and beat until fluffy.
8 Add egg, honey, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
10 Add flour mixture and mix just until blended.
12 Roll balls of dough in white sugar before placing on an ungreased baking sheet.
17 Make the criss-cross pattern with tines of fork.
14 Bake for [timer minutes=0]8 to 10 minutes[/timer]. Bake longer for crunchier cookies, shorter time for chewier.
16 Do not over bake. 
18 Cool on a wire rack. Cookies should be a little soft in the center and will firm up as they cool so they have that chewy texture with crispy edges.
