Crockpot Angel Chicken is the creamy, slow-cooked miracle your chaotic weeknights didn’t know they needed. It takes five minutes to throw together, tastes like Sunday supper, and fools everyone into thinking you have access to a personal chef.
0 Spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
1 Add the chicken breast.
2 Add the garlic.
3 Soften the butter and cream cheese in the microwave.
4 Whisk until smooth.
11 Whisk in the cream of chicken soup (don't dilute it).
5 Add the Italian dressing mix and the chicken stock.
6 Whisk until well mixed.
7 Pour over the chicken breasts.
8 Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
12 OPTIONAL: 30 minutes before the cooking time is finished shred the chicken breasts with two forks and continue to cook in the sauce.
9 Just before chicken is done cook the angel hair pasta. Drain.
10 Serve the chicken over the pasta.
